Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella opens at Sadler’s Wells this month

Matthew Bourne's interpretation of Prokofiev's Cinderella is all about a wartime romance with a chance meeting resulting in a magical night for Cinderella and a dashing young RAF pilot.  They fall in love but are soon parted by the horrors of the Blitz in world War II.

Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella was first seen in the West End in 1997, but has been completely revised in this brand new production which has been created to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Blitz.

Cinderella runs for limited Christmas Season at Sadler’s Wells opening on 30th November and running until 23rd January 2011.  For more details and to book tickets visit: Matthew Bourne’s Cinderella
