Adam Garcia in Tap Dogs Australia

Adam Garcia has recently been appearing in London’s West End in Tap Dogs - THE dance show that combines highly technical tap dancing in an industrial setting.

Since Coyote Ugly he has been in constant work playing opposite Drew Barrymore (Riding In Cars With Boys) and Lindsay Lohan (Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen) and as Tony Monero in Saturday Night Fever. Doody in Grease and Fiyero in Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.

Next month he fulfils a long-held ambition to work again with Dein Perry (who gave him his dance break in Hot Shoe Shuffle and his acting break in Bootmen) in Tap Dogs at the Capitol Theatre in Sydney Australia for just five weeks from January 5th. February 6th. The last time the pair worked together was when Perry choreographed Garcia in Tin Symphony at the Sydney Olympics.

Garcia currently divides his time mostly between London and Los Angeles.  In the UK  he is a judge on the reality dance series Got To Dance which will return Sky 1 in January - preview show will air on Sunday 19th December).

It’s been 17 years since I’ve been on stage in Sydney. I’m excited” he says.
