Louise Dearman New Album and UK Tour

Louise Dearman is appearing as Elphaba in Wicked! until 16th November and will then release a third studio album It's Time which will be released on 18th November and feature songs including Send in the Clowns from A Little Night Music, What I Did For Love from A Chorus Line, People from Funny Girl, The Perfect Year from Sunset Boulevard, I Dreamed a Dream, Somewhere Over the Rainbow and Tell Me On a Sunday plus a duet with Shayne Ward of the beautiful Falling Slowly from the musical Once.

Dearman said: “Working on this album has been a whole new experience for me. For years, I’ve shied away from singing or recording iconic musical theatre songs, and tried to find less known material. But this year felt like the right time to embrace all those truly wonderful classics and put them together with some beautiful orchestrations on my new album. It’s really taken me back to my roots and I’m very proud of the end product.”

She is also touring the UK with dates due to be announced later this week.  (The Nuffield Southampton is already selling tickets for 17th March). Will post full list as soon as I have it.
