Lion King’s 10th Anniversary Gala Performance

Since it opened in London 10 years ago Disney’s West End musical The Lion King has taken £289 million at the box office with an average audience capacity of 93%.

The production has now been seen by more than 8 million people taking an average of £500,000 at the box office every week.

The Lion King will host a special tenth anniversary gala performance on October 18th at the Lyceum Theatre that will see a gathering of former cast members, the show's award-winning creative team as well as a number of celebrities and friends.
