Rhydian to appear in tour of The War Of The Worlds

X Factor star Rhydian Roberts will appear in a new stadium tour of Jeff Wayne’s The War Of The Worlds starring Jason Donovan (who is currently appearing in Priscilla Queen of the Desert) and ex-Atomic Kitten Liz McLarnon

The tour kicks off in Amsterdam on 24th November and runs until 18th December when it finishes at Wembley Arena. Rhydian will appear as Parson Nathaniel which is a role previously played by Russell Watson and Thin Lizzy's Phil Lynott.

Rhydian says” "I am a big fan of Jeff Wayne and I grew up listening to the classic album, so it's very special to be performing one of the main roles of Parson Nathaniel - even more so given that I will share the stage with an 11-foot floating 3D hologram of my fellow countryman, Richard Burton, 26 years after his death!"
