Broadway leading lady Shirley Jones will be making her concert debut in London’s West End from March 22nd-April 3rd at the Arts Theatre.
It has just been announced that she will be joined on stage by her son Patrick Cassidy who has appeared in a number of musical including 42nd Street, Elton john’s Aida, Annie Get your Gun, Stephen Sondheim’s Assassins, the Music Man, Carousel, Little Shop of Horrors and Camelot. David Cassidy is Patrick’s half brother and he played Shirley Jones's eldest son, Keith Partridge in the 1970s musical/sitcom The Partridge Family from 1970 to 1974. (Jones is Cassidy's stepmother in real life).
Miss Jones' song list will include "Tonight," "If I Loved You," "A Wonderful Guy," "Send in the Clowns," "Memory," "76 Trombones", "What's the Use of Wonderin'," "When I Fall in Love," "He Touched Me," "He Loves Me," "As Time Goes By," "Can't Help Lovin' That Man," "You Made Me Love You," "Oklahoma!," "Oh, What a Beautiful Morning," "People Will Say We're in Love," "Out of My Dreams" and "You'll Never Walk Alone."
