David Essex is currently playing fairground owner Levi Lee in his musical All the Fun of the Fair at the Garrick Theatre. It ends its run in London’s West End on 5th September which will give him a well-earned break before he takes on the role of Captain Hook in Peter Pan at Darlington Civic Theatre from Saturday 4th December to Sunday 16th January 2011.All the Fun of the Fair closed at the Garrick Theatre for a few days last month so that David Essex could complete a sell-out arena tour around the UK with The Osmonds and Leo Sayer.
