Emma Rigby and Daniel Boys open tonight in Wolfboy

Emma Rigby is best known for playing anorexic Hannah Ashworth in Hollyoaks for the past five years, but tonight she makes her West End Debut at the Trafalgar Studios 2 in the psycho-sexual thriller musical Wolfboy, in a non-singing role playing the part of nurse Cherry.

In the photo she is seen sharing a kiss with co-star Daniel Boys who in 2007 was a finalist in the BBC show Any Dream Will Do, eventually losing out to Lee Mead. His other stage credits for Boys include playing Princeton in Avenue Q, Sweeney Todd at the Royal Festival Hall, West Side Story and Sunset Boulevard. The other two cast members are Paul Holowaty (also from Hollyoaks) and Gregg Lowe

Wolfboy tells the story of two teenagers in an institution for boys who share an intimate adventure with Bernie (Lowe) playing a golden boy who has attempted suicide and David (Holowaty) is a street hustler who seems to have the powers of a wolf

The thriller Wolfboy has been adapted by director Russell Labey and lyricist and composer Leon Parris from Brad Fraser's play Love And Human Remains which premièred at the 2009 Edinburgh Festival to rave reviews.
