John Owen-Jones off as Phantom until Monday

John-Owen Jones opened as the Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theatre on Monday but he hasn't been able to perform since Tuesday due to a bacterial infection.

Sounds like a bad one as he has tweeted that the earliest he is likely to be back is Monday 8th November with his voice, throat and chest still sore and painful.

With antibiotics always taking a few days to kick in,  hopefully he will start to feel better over the weekend and make it back on Monday 8th.
