Lee Mead too busy to see wife Denise Van Outen in Legally Blonde

Denise Van Outen has told the Daily Express and her husband Lee Mead could not make her opening night in Legally Blonde at the Savoy Theatre and probably won’t be able to see her perform until next year!

Lee is currently playing Fiyero in Wicked! at the Apollo Victoria Theatre until February 2011, he is in the middle of a concert tour which has recently been extended to 12th March and is appearing  in Christmas with Lee Mead at the London Coliseum on Sunday 19th December.

Denise gave birth to daughter Betsy in May of this year and has recently returned to work opening in Legally Blonde earlier this week and is appearing in at the Savoy Theatre until next April so he still has plenty of time to get to her show
