Striking 12 Alternative Xmas Show at Waterloo East

Striking 12 is an alternative to traditional Christmas shows and is a musical retelling of Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Match Girl. The score has jazz, rock and show tunes composed by American outfit GrooveLily. It runs at Waterloo East Theatre from 7th December-2nd January (press night 9th December)

The show premiered off-Broadway in 2006 and will be Anglicised for the Waterloo East run. Striking 12 will be directed by Simon Greiff with a cast including Simon Bailey (Raoul in Phantom, Passion at Donmar, Teatro Group), John Banister, Rebecca Bainbridge, Natasha Barnes and Roger Woods.
