Hannah Waddingham and Nigel Harman Appearing in Miss Marple

There is a new two hour Agatha Christie Miss Marple being broadcast on ITV1 on Sunday 2nd January 2011 at 9:00 pm which Hannah Waddingham (The Wizard of Oz) and Nigel Harman (Shrek) are appearing in.

Julia McKenzie plays Miss Marple in The Mirror Crack’d from Side to Side.  It tells the story of Hollywood star Marina Gregg (originally played by Elizabeth Taylor) who has left Los Angeles and taken up residence in Gossington Hall at St Mary Mead with her dashing film director husband Jason Rudd (originally played by Rock Hudson but now played by Nigel Harman). 

Hannah Waddingham is young American actress Lola Brewster who also happens to be Jason’s ex-lover.
