Despite months of rumours and the tour being extended,
South Pacific starring Samantha Womack will not be going into the London Palladium after all. Apparently too many changes had to be made to the touring set to get it to West End standards and there were timing issues with Paulo Szot’s availability.
It would seem that the current production of
The Wizard Of Oz will not survive until the end of the year with Russell Grant only contracted until next month.
The Charlie And The Chocolate Factory musical is due to preview early in May 2013. So what next at the Palladium?
