Simon Green, Lisa Stokke and Gareth Snook in Kander & Ebb's The World Goes Round at Union Theatre

The World Goes Round with songs of Kander and Ebb is being performed at the Union Theatre in Southwark from Wednesday 15th January – Saturday 8th February 2014.

It is being produced by Sasha Regan and will be Directed and Designed by Kirk Jameson: Choreographed by Sam Spencer-Lane: Musical Supervision by Richard Bates and  Musical Direction by Michael Riley

 Kirk Jameson’s new production of  The World Goes ‘Round is playing for a strictly limited season and features the works of Kander and Ebb with  music from their most celebrated works in a career spanning more than thirty years including “Cabaret“, “Chicago” and “Kiss of the Spiderwoman”.

The cast includes Lisa Stokke (Mamma Mia, Guys and Dolls, Chess,The Baker’s Wife and  Assassins:  Simon Green (Titanic, The Phantom of the Opera, Sondheim at 80,Sunday in the Park with George, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Passion, Follies, The Boyfriend,The Wizard of Oz  and Showboat: Gareth Snook (Phantom of the Opera, Assassins, Company, Aspects of Love,My Fair Lady, Sunset Boulevard, The Rink and the 10th Anniversary Concert of Les Miserables: Emma Francis (My Fair Lady, The Cherry Orchard , SweeneyTodd, Fame, Anything Goes, Chicago  and Grease: Susan Fay (Me and My Girl, Buddy, Les Miserables, Martin Guerre, Saturday Night Fever, Spend Spend Spend and My Fair Lady, Billy Elliott and Oliver!

They will be joined by Elliot Berry, Gabrielle Allen, Genevieve Leeney, Charlotte Oakley and Shahail Woodcock
