Jenna Russell, Ray Quinn & Bradley Walsh to star in Stiles & Drewe's Peter Pan - a Musical Adventure Concert

Updated 10th October: the rest of the cast for this concert includes Evelyn Hoskins, John McCrea, Cameron Blakeley,  John Barr, Edward Baruwa, Charles Brunton, Steve Elias, Taofique Folarin, Jordan Cunningham, Jack Montgomery, Eddie Myles, Jack North, David Ribi and Mitchell Zhangazha.

Updated 23rd September:  Just announced, SHEILA HANCOCK is to join the cast playing the role of the Storyteller which she originally played in the 2001 musical concert production  alongside her late husband, the actor John Thaw.

Updated 16th September: it has just been announced that Ray Quinn will  play Peter Pan. He is currently starring in a touring production of Puttin’ On the Ritz, and first found fame as a child actor in the TV soap Brookside before being  runner-up to Leona Lewis in The X Factor. He has won ITV’s Dancing On Ice and appeared  in the West End in Grease, Dirty Dancing, Legally Blonde and The Rise and Fall of Little Voice.

Quinn said:  “I’m very excited to be playing the infamous Peter Pan. He’s a character I have always admired as a person, in general… I never want to grow up either. My son in particular will enjoy seeing the magic come to life.”

A one off  concert with a full orchestra  of Stiles and Drewe's Peter Pan - a Musical Advenure will take place at the Adelphi Theatre on Sunday 25 October 2015 for a 2:30pm matinee and 7:30 pm evening performance.

Initial casting is that West End leading lady Jenna Russell (Urinetown and Merrily We Roll Along)will play Mrs Darling and Bradley Walsh (best known for hosting ITV's The Chase and appearing in  Coronation Street) will take take the role of Captain Hook.

Based on J. M. Barrie's classic, the production features music and lyrics by Olivier Award-winning writing duo George Stiles and Anthony Drewe and a book by Willis Hall.

Further casting is yet to be announced.
