Having just won a well-deserved Evening Standard Award for Best Musical Performance, Glenn Close is now taking the fabulous Sunset Boulevard to Broadway with some of her London co-stars. The excllent Michael Xavier, Siobhan Dillon and Fred Johanson are reprising the London Coliseum ENO roles of Joe Gillis, Betty Schaefer and Max von Mayerling, respectively.
Performances are set to begin at the Palace Theatre on February 2, 2017, opening on February 9 and playing a limited run for 16 weeks The semi-staged production will be directed by Lonny Price and feature a 40-piece orchestra. Additional casting to be announced at a later date.
