The Kinks Sunny Afternoon musical Olivier Award winners John Dagleish and George Maguire are to reunite next month for a concert at Live at Zedel on 7th and 15th August.
Produced by Adam Blanshay for JFL Theatricals, the show is entitled A Long Way From Home and will see the pair perform together for the first time since they left the West End production of Sunny Afternoon featuring stories and songs from their early days growing up to the present day.
Dagleish's other theatre credits include Common (National Theatre), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Young Vic) and The Winter's Tale (Garrick). Maguire's stage work also includes Another Night Before Christmas (Bridge House Theatre), The Busker's Opera (Park Theatre) and Hair (Piccadilly Theatre).
