Rebecca LaChance will star in ‘Give My Regards to Broadway’, a new musical revue celebrating New York’s greatest show tunes from 1902 – 1942, when it receives its World Premiere at Upstairs at the Gatehouse, Highgate Village from 17 July – 5 August 2018, with Press Night on 18th July 2018. It will also feature as part of the Camden Fringe Festival
LaChance starred as Carole King in the US Tour of ‘Beautiful: the Carole King Musical’, after previously appearing in the Broadway production. Other credits include playing Mabel opposite Michael Ball in Chichester Festival Theatre’s ‘Mack and Mabel’.Joining her will be Ben Lancaster, Albert Linsdell and Thea Butler.
The show will feature hit songs by composers such as George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern and Harold Arlen, taking the audience on a musical journey, including some of the greatest melodies and lyrics of all time - full of dance, music and razzamatazz.
Fresh from his New York debut, the show will be directed by HarryBlumenau, with choreography by 2018 Offie Award Winner Chris Whittaker. Featuring all-new musical arrangements by Lawrence Michalowski, lighting design by Ali Hunter and casting by Debbie O’Brien. The show is produced
by Joseph Hodges.
