Thenjiwe Thendiva Nofemele joining the London cast of The Lion King as Rafiki from Monday 12th September.
Taking over the role from Gugwana Dlamini at the Lyceum Theatre, South African-born Nofemele played the role in South Africa straight after graduating from drama school. A songwriter and recording artist, she has worked with artists including Tshepo Tshola, Jabu Hlongwane, Kanyo and Joe Nina.
