He is only appearing for a limited season with the press night on 5th October – and if the critics reviews are as good as the previews suggest they will be it will sell out very quickly.
He makes a frighteningly convincing and very glamorous woman with legs that are wasted on a man!
The good news is that Olivier award winner Douglas Hodge is to coming back for five weeks when Barrowman leaves and is playing opposite Denis Lawson again for a five week season from 30th November. The show is then due to transfer to Broadway.
