Casting Announced for Nunn’s Aspects of Love at Menier

Michael Arden (pictured) and Katherine Kingsley will star in Trevor Nunn's revival of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Aspects of Love which opens at the Menier Chocolate Factory which starts previews on 7th July and runs from 15th July-26th September.

Michael Arden is an American stage actor, singer, and composer. He made his Broadway debut as Tom Sawyer in the revival of Big River.  In 2007 he toured Europe with Barbra Streisand as one of her "Broadway Boys".

His regional theatre credits include Pippin, God of Vengeance, Falsettoland, Tom Jones' Harold and Maude, West Side Story, Songs for a New World, The Common Pursuit and The Winter's Tale.

Most recently Michael was in Canada in April shooting a new movie called Source Code starring Jake Gyllenhaal which is due out in early 2011.

Katherine Kingsley’s theatre credits include Tracy Lord in High Society (West End and national tour), Felicity Rumpers in Habeas Corpus (Northcott Theatre Exeter), The Prioress in The Canterbury Tales and Mary in The Memory of Water (Bristol Old Vic), Ruth Bechler in Suddenly at Home (Theatre Royal, Windsor), Carla/Caroline in Go Back for Murder, Veronica Craye in The Hollow, Helen Rollander in Verdict and Vera Claythorne in And Then There Were None (Palace Theatre Westcliff).

She has recently starred in The 39 Steps which toured the UK.

Television credits include Hollyoaks, Jane Hall’s Big Bad Bus Ride and Operation Good Guys on TV and the films One Hundred Second Marriage and Telephone Detectives.
