Avenue Q posts notices for 30th October

Avenue Q opened in London at the Noël Coward Theatre in June 2006 and ran there until moving to the Gielgud Theatre in 2009 and the Wyndham’s earlier this year.

The puppet musical is billed as Sesame Street meets South Park with a press statement saying that the show’s puppets have finally decided to call it a day, with Kate Monster commenting: “We’ve had a great time, it's been a real ball, but I think we’ve all grown up and got our sights set on living in a more up-market part of town. And Trekkie Monster wants to be somewhere with a better broadband connection.

Awwwww, we loved you guys, we laughed along with you guys, and we're sad to see you go. All good things must come to an end, so very sadly in this case.

I can't even get to quote the bears' "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY" either, darn it!

Come back soon!!! Soon y'hear! SOON!!
