Gareth Gates to play Marius in London production of Les Miserables

Gareth Gates has been playing Marius in the tour of Les Miserables which ends its run at the Barbican this weekend. 

He is now due to play the part in the London production of Les Miserables at the Queen’s Theatre from 18th October to 20th November when he leaves to do the panto Snow White with Claire Sweeney at the New Victoria Theatre in Woking.

When the panto ends he will return to take over from the current Marius Alistair Brammer at the end of January until the next cast change.

Apparently when Gareth auditioned for the part last year and was offered the choice of the West End version or tour the new version which he opted for.
