New Cher Musical - If I Could Turn Back Time

Writer and director Andy Fickman has confirmed he is putting together a musical theatre production based on the life of singing icon Cher provisionally entitled  If I Could Turn Back Time.

It is not yet known if her songs will appear in the show or if it will feature an original score. Cher is about to appear in the musical movie Burlesque with singer Christina Aguilera (pictured).

Cher is now an amazing 64 and began her singing career in the 1960s as one half of singing duo Sonny and Cher with "I Got You Babe".  She has had numerous chart successes including "If I Could Turn Back Time" and appeared in a number of Hollywood films including The Witches of Eastwick, Silkwood, Mask, Mermaids and Moonstruck.
