Lea Salonga’s I Dreamed a Dream at Les Mis 02 Arena Concert

I was charmed by  Lea Salonga when I first saw her as the original Kim playing opposite Simon Bowman  in Miss Saigon at Drury Lane more years ago than I care to admit to.

Since then I have followed here career and have a number of her albums.  Sadly nowadays she tends to perform mainly on Broadway or in Manila and has not played here in the UK  for a number of years.

Vocally she goes from strength to strength as her voice matures and she certainly proved this by giving an absolutely outstanding performance as Fantine at the Les Miserables Concert at the 02 Arena last Sunday
