As already mentioned, Mark Evans is replacing Lee Mead as Fiyero. Other principal role changes include Zoë Rainey (Amber Von Tussle in Hairspray at the Shaftesbury Theatre) taking the role of Nessarose and Ben Stott (Jack in Sondheim’s Into The Woods at the Open Air Theatre) will play Boq.
The principals who are staying with the show are Rachel Tucker (Elphaba), Louise Dearman (Glinda), Julie Legrand (Madame Morrible), Clive Carter (The Wizard), Julian Forsyth (Dr Dillamond), Nikki Davis-Jones (Standby Elphaba) and Chloe Taylor (Standby Glinda).
