The film version of the smash hit Broadway musical Rock of Ages is set to open slightly later than previously announced and will now be shown on 15th June instead of the 1st as previously announced.
It stars Tom Cruise as Stacee Jaxx, Diego Boneta as Drew, Julianne Hough as Sherrie, Russell Brand as Lonny, Alec Baldwin as Dennis, Mary J Blige as Justice, Brian Cranston as the Mayor, Malin Ackerman as Constance Sack, Paul Giamatti as Paul Gill and Catherine Zeta-Jones as the Mayor's Wife.
The story of small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew who meet on the Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood dreams is told through the hits of Def Leppard, Joan Jett, Journey, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Twisted Sister, Poison and Whitesnake.
Rock of Ages is currently playing at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London's West End with Shayne Ward, Justin Lee Collins and Oliver Tompsett playing the lead roles.
